Sea Salt & Sugar are the safest natural products for physical exfoliation of the skin.
Because salt is course, it is a more abrasive physical exfoliant than sugar and should only be used once a week - sugar can be used daily. Sea Salts are typically used for the body because of their natural ability to improve skin texture, the granules will remove dead skin cells and should be used on feet and elbows.

Although sold for face and body - this vegan, all natural, scrub infuses grapefruit oil and lime which can be irritating for those with sensitive skin. Use this on body only for a tropical shower experience.

Sea Kelp and Green Clay are used as micro-exfoliants in this vegan scrub. This scrub is infused with plant extracts for skin benefits as well as to help overpower the strong sea kelp smell. This is a great gentle product to be used weekly - those with extra sensitive skin should be aware of possible interactions with fragrance as it does contain lavender oil.

S O A K 

FEET

Fill your bathtub or basin with warm water high enough to cover feet. Add a half cup to full cup of epsom salt. Soaking your feet at least once a week reduces swelling and prevents bacteria from staying on the skin. 

ALL NATURAL ADD-INS:
2  Tablespoons - Apple Cider Vinegar - natural moisturizer, deodorizer and can fight foot fungus
1/2 Cup - Bentonite Clay - natural anti-bacterial, packed with natural silica that promotes cell proliferation resulting in super soft skin. 

BODY

Fill your bathtub with hot water and add two cups of epsom salt. If you like bubbles, Castile soap is going to be your best option for limited ingredient, all natural, chemical & perfume free soap.
Soak for 30 min.
